Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since our pieces are made-to-measure, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges or alterations if the size is incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please read the information on Return & Exchange page for guidance and instructions on exchanging your products.
